Click here to download the registration package for the Queen Pageant. This includes a Welcome Letter, Master of Ceremonies Information page, Rules & Contract, Application. Print out the registration package, complete and return the applicable pages to the Pageant Director by June 28th, 2009. The Queen’s Bio sheet may be downloaded here. Complete the Queen’s Bio form online, save to your computer and email to the Pageant Director.


Along with our Queen Pageant, the Madison County Fair also has a Parade of Princesses. The Parade is open to any little girl who is entering kindergarten in the fall of 2009 and lives in Madison County, or attends school in Madison County. Click here to download the Parade of Princesses application. Please mail your $20 entry fee to Madison County Fair Parade of Princesses, 60 Glory Drive, Highland, IL 62249. Checks should be made payable to Miss Madison County Fair Queen Pageant. Download the entry form here.


The first practice/meeting for the Queen contestants will be on Sunday, June 14th at 6:00 p.m. We will meet under the big pavilion on the Madison County Fairgrounds in Highland. The Princess participants will have a practice the week prior to the pageant. You will be informed of the date & time closer to the pageant.

2009 Madison County Fair Queen Pageant

Queen Contestant Criteria:

• Entrant must be a resident of Madison County or attend school in Madison County.


• Entrant must be 16 years old and not turn 22 before January 1, 2010.


• Entrant cannot be a parent.


• Entrant cannot be married, divorced or have had a marriage annulled.


• Entrant cannot have previously participated in the Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant
